Transcriptionist, Customer Service Representative, ESL teacher

I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative for about 2 years and a half and I am a part time ESL teacher for 9 months now. My work experiences has given me opportunities to effectively communicate very well in English. My stay in call center industry has put me an edge of who I am right now. I am well trained to be an effective customer service representative through telephone calls, emails, and chats. I became a quality analyst and a supervisor during my stay in the company. My skills and knowledge in English has broaden as I teach as homebased online ESL teacher. I am very passionate to do my task well. I am fast learner and computer literate. I am hardworking, and very committed to work coupled with integrity. I believed that these are the qualities that made me stay long in a company. I want a long-term and stable job where I can
apply my skills and knowledge to the fullest extent.
